The Lent 180 Teen Lent Challenge provides high-quality audio sessions (approx. 3 minutes each) tailored for the busy lives of students:
Mon–Thu: Gospel & Reflection – Daily readings and reflections voiced by Mark Hart. Optional 6-minute versions with full Gospel readings are available for deeper prayer.
A day of encouraging practical Lenten discipline led by a voice guide that is a teen peer.
Inspiring stories of the cloud of witnesses, voiced by the incredible Sr. Josephine Garrett.
Homily-style reflections to prepare our hearts for the Source & Summit from Fr. Frankie Cicero.
